From a young age, Eligha was never one to wait for doors to open—he built them himself. At 18 years old, he launched his own construction business, quickly becoming known as Florida’s fastest Trowel Mason. By 21, he had earned his residential contractor license, and soon after, he was designing and building homes that turned dreams into reality.
But Eligha wasn’t just a builder of houses—he was a builder of solutions. Designing his own floor plans, managing every step of the process, and innovating ways to save his customers thousands of dollars, he became a one-stop solution for families in Florida. His model home center thrived, and his business grew into a multi-million-dollar empire that was as much about serving others as it was about success.

For all his success, life wasn’t always smooth sailing. Just as his business was reaching its peak, betrayal and false allegations turned Eligha’s world upside down. His empire came crashing down, forcing him to file for bankruptcy. At the same time, personal challenges began to mount—a difficult divorce, a custody battle, and the heartbreaking diagnosis of his father’s terminal illness.
These setbacks tested Eligha’s resilience in ways he never imagined. There were moments of shame, doubt, and despair, where even his own name felt like a burden. Yet, through it all, he refused to give up. Forced to sit with his circumstances, he began to think deeply about what he truly valued and how he could rebuild.
